Kieera ("Kieera", "we", "us") is building an operating system for architecture firms. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it deliberately simple: this is a pre-launch site, and the only personal information we ask for is your email address.
Information we collect
- Waitlist email. When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. That's the only information the form asks for.
- Usage analytics. We use PostHog to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location (from IP), browser and device type, and interactions such as joining the waitlist. Our analytics runs in cookieless mode: it sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, and data is used only in aggregate to improve the site.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs basic technical data such as IP address and request time, as any web server does, for security and reliability.
How we use your information
- To confirm your place on the waitlist and contact you about early access.
- To send occasional updates about Kieera's progress and launch. Every email includes a way to opt out.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
We do not sell your personal information, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose unrelated to Kieera.
Who processes your data
We rely on a small number of service providers to run this site, each processing data on our behalf:
- Vercel — website hosting.
- Resend — delivers the waitlist notification emails.
- PostHog — site analytics (hosted in the United States).
- Google Fonts — serves the site's typefaces; your browser requests font files from Google's servers, which involves your IP address.
Legal basis
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process your email address on the basis of your consent (you gave it to us to join the waitlist) and analytics data on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding and improving a small pre-launch website.
Retention
We keep waitlist emails until Kieera launches and you either become a customer or ask to be removed — whichever comes first. You can ask us to delete your email at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent. Since all we hold is your email address, exercising these rights is simple: email us and we'll act on it promptly.
Children
This site is intended for professionals and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above. Material changes will be noted on this page. Once Kieera launches as a product, this policy will be replaced by a fuller one covering the application itself.
