These terms govern your use of the Kieera website and waitlist. By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What this site is

Kieera is a software product in development — an operating system for architecture firms. This website describes the product and lets you join a waitlist for early access. The product itself is not yet generally available, and nothing on this site is a binding commitment to ship any particular feature, on any particular date, at any particular price.

The waitlist

• Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation for you or for us.
• A place on the waitlist does not guarantee access to Kieera, early or otherwise. We onboard firms in stages, at our discretion.
• We'll use your email to contact you about Kieera, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask to be removed at any time.
• Please submit your own email address, not someone else's.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, probe or breach its security, scrape it for spam purposes, or submit false or automated waitlist entries.

Intellectual property

The Kieera name, wordmark, and all content on this site (text, design, and imagery) belong to Kieera or its licensors. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without our permission.

Disclaimers

This site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Product descriptions reflect what we're building and may change as the product evolves.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kieera will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Because the site is free and informational, our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to the amount you paid to use it — which is nothing.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product and site evolve. When we do, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. When Kieera launches, use of the product itself will be governed by a separate customer agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kieera's operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
